About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our management team at Flaming Grill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the business and leading the team in their absence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the General Manager in managing the pub's operations and ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Lead by example and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and empower the team.
  • A strong understanding of customer service principles and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
