About the Job Description

Working in this hybrid position, you will provide senior-level social work expertise to the Fostering & Adoption Team and department, acting as a key resource and managing complex cases. You will also develop policies and implement procedures to improve outcomes for children and families.

The successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role, preferably within Children's Services, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
