Job Description
We are seeking highly skilled professionals who can work effectively within our multi-disciplinary team. As a Child Development Specialist, you will be responsible for undertaking statutory work and contributing to the expansion of our service. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to identify and address children's needs.
  • Developing and implementing evidence-based interventions to improve children's outcomes.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting progress to stakeholders.
  • Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the development of our service.


Our ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering consultation in order to reach collaborative solutions and bring new perspectives. They will use psychology creatively and ensure children's outcomes are always the central focus. Additionally, they will be pro-active in developing inclusive, person-centred / strengths-based approaches that enhance confidence, emotional wellbeing and support children and young people to flourish.

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
