About the Role

This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and commitment. As a Therapeutic Support Worker, you will work closely with our clinical team to deliver person-centred care to our residents, helping them to develop the skills and confidence they need to achieve their goals.

You will be responsible for providing emotional support and guidance to our residents, as well as assisting with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and household chores. You will also be involved in promoting independence through support with education, life skills, and general upkeep of the home.

We are looking for someone who is compassionate, empathetic, and able to build strong relationships with our residents. If you have experience of working with young people or in a care setting, this could be the perfect opportunity for you to develop your career.

About Us

Care in Mind provides residential services for young people aged 16-30 years old. Our aim is to support the young people using a therapeutic approach to help them achieve their individual goals, in preparation for transition to adult life.

Our homes are always a hub of activity and energy where the young people can feel safe, and our staff enjoy coming to work. We offer a range of benefits, including 30 days holiday (rising to 35 days with service), an additional day off each year for your birthday, and excellent learning and development opportunities.
