Compassionate Support Worker

Estimated Salary: £12.79 per hour plus 30p mileage, equating to approximately £24,965 - £32,020 per annum (dependent on hours worked).
Job Description: As a Compassionate Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing practical and emotional support to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life. This may involve assisting with personal care, managing medications, and completing domestic tasks such as laundry and cleaning.
Required Skills and Qualifications: While prior social care experience is not necessary, we do require individuals who possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a non-judgmental attitude. You will also need to be flexible and willing to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
