Life-Changing Support Worker

Lifeways, a leading provider of supported living services, is seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in Thatto Heath, St Helens.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live independently and achieve their goals.
You will work closely with our service users, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure that each individual receives tailored support that meets their unique needs and preferences.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a care setting, preferably in supported living or residential care. However, if you are new to the role, we offer excellent training and ongoing support to help you succeed in this challenging yet rewarding career.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £24,500 - £28,000, based on 37.5 hours per week. You will also enjoy benefits such as free DBS checks, access to our employee assistance program, and discounts through Lifeways Rewards.
