Brook Street Social Care is currently recruiting for a Youth Services Worker to join our team at one of our Secure Children's Homes. As a Youth Services Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting young people aged 10-17 who require care and protection.

We are seeking someone with excellent communication skills, able to engage with our service users, their families, and other professionals. Your responsibilities will include delivering high-quality care, promoting the physical, emotional, and psychological well-being of our young people.

The successful candidate will have a strong focus on either 'intervention work' or 'activity work' with our young people. You will provide essential support to help them gain the best outcome, supporting education, health, independence, and building self-confidence. Our comprehensive benefits package includes a competitive salary range of £24,909 - £27,317 per year, pro rata, a Group Personal Pension Scheme, Life Assurance Scheme, and Enhanced DBS check.
