About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Robertson Group as an Administrator, where you will play a vital role in supporting the Central East office and site staff. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of the office, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors to the office and ensure they are efficiently processed.
  • Answer incoming calls, take messages, and respond to emails as required.
  • Provide administrative support to Central East office and site staff, including scanning, binding, photocopying, and typing.
  • Assist in the recording, distribution, and uploading of subcontract contract documents to Microsoft Teams.
  • Collate weekly operative time sheets and ensure holiday records are up to date with payroll.
  • Collate monthly expenses and ensure they are authorized and issued to accounts on time.
  • Manage and maintain stocks of Head Office stationery and PPE requirements, and generate GRN invoices on the purchase ledger.
  • Keep mobile phone lists and project site lists up to date as required.
  • Manage internal meeting requirements for all Office staff, replenish meeting room supplies, and book catering as needed.
  • Provide administration support to the regional Bid team, including preparing PQQs and staff CVs.
  • Assist with induction for new employees, including access to People First and mandatory training.
  • Provide administration support to the Social Impact Manager.

About You

We are looking for a highly organized and self-motivated individual who is able to work independently and as part of a team. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers. Previous experience in an office environment and proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 packages are essential.
