Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the management team, ensuring seamless departmental operations.
  • Oversee procurement processes, guaranteeing timely purchasing of supplies and equipment.
  • Manage general office duties, including scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth departmental operations.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and other documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Secretary, PA, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Please note that the salary for this post is pro rata to part-time hours.
