Administrative Support Role
The Cardio-Respiratory department at NHS Fife is seeking a part-time administrative support officer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day administration duties, including booking and cancelling appointments, handling telephone calls, and performing reception duties for both Cardiology and Pulmonary Function.

- Handling telephone calls and reception duties
- Working face-to-face with the public
Requirements
- Good keyboard and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A good level of English language
- Relevant experience of working in an office setting
- Knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office and Excel
Working Hours
19 hours within the 9-5pm service. Hours and days to be confirmed.
