We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our busy team within the Cardio-Respiratory department at NHS Fife.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department, including booking and cancelling appointments, managing telephone and reception duties, and maintaining accurate records.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role, as the post holder will be working face-to-face with the public on a daily basis.

A good level of English language proficiency and relevant experience of working in an office setting are required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel is also essential.

This is a part-time position, working 19 hours within the 9-5pm service. Hours and days will be confirmed.
