Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative, reception, and waiting list support to ensure a high-quality service throughout the Radiology Department.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records and ensure seamless communication.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient administrative processes.
This role requires the post holder to have a PVG Scheme membership or record. If not already a member, an application will be made to Disclosure Scotland, and satisfactory clearance will be required before commencing in post.
NHS Scotland is transitioning to a 37-hour working week, effective April 2024, with no change in pay. Part-time staff will also experience a pro-rata reduction. You may be required to work up to 30 minutes extra per week for a temporary period, for which you will be paid, until your service area adapts to the new working week.
