Customer Complaint Resolution Specialist

Starting Salary: £25,000 per annum
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Flexible hours between 8am - 6pm
Weekly Hours: 37.5 hours
Role Overview:
As a Customer Complaint Resolution Specialist at Diligenta, you will play a crucial role in our outstanding customer service operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every customer feels heard and valued after their interaction.
With several openings available due to our expanding collaboration with Phoenix, you will benefit from flexible working hours without evening or weekend commitments.
