Job Title: Caring Support Worker

Salary: £14.30 per hour (based on 5 hours weekly)

About the Role:

We are seeking a caring and compassionate individual to support our 11-year-old daughter, Matilda, with her daily needs in our home. Matilda has a physical disability and uses a wheelchair, as well as a communication disorder. Experience working with children with similar challenges is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing personal care and toileting assistance
  • Preparing and feeding meals, including gastronomy training (which can be provided)
  • Facilitating social inclusion and participating in activities that promote engagement
  • Maintaining household safety when family members are out
  • Supporting the family with outings focused on siblings
