Child Development Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Children Support Worker to join our team at Happi Daze LTD. This role involves supervising and caring for children in a safe, nurturing environment while implementing care plans tailored to each child's needs.
Duties- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times by supervising and engaging with them effectively.
- Develop and implement individual care plans that cater to the specific needs of each child, collaborating with other care providers as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to foster a supportive community and maintain accurate records of children's progress.
- Transport children to various activities or appointments as required, ensuring their safety and comfort during travel.
- Maintain open communication channels with colleagues to ensure a cohesive approach to child care and address any concerns promptly.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in child care or a related field is essential, with a proven track record of providing high-quality care and support.
- Familiarity with care home practices and regulations is preferred, but not mandatory.
- The ability to create and follow individualized care plans tailored to each child's unique needs is crucial for this role.
- A valid driving license is required for transporting children, and experience with NVQ Level 2 Health & Social Care is highly desirable.
