Support Specialist

TotalEnergies is seeking a highly motivated Support Specialist - Customer Experience to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing timely and professional support across various channels.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have:
- 2 years' experience in office-based customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, particularly in Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor signalman sites to advise customers on threshold levels for bulk deliveries.
- Process applications/accounts for customers and maintain accurate records in CRM (Salsa).
- Liaise with Sales Managers and Area Business Managers to discuss customer service strategies and KPIs.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, quotations, order placement, aged debt, and DSO goals.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have opportunities for career growth and development within our organisation.
