Job Description

Happi Daze LTD seeks a dedicated Senior Children Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to vulnerable children. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on young lives and develop valuable skills in leadership, communication, and conflict resolution.

Responsibilities
  1. Supervise and engage with children, prioritizing their safety and well-being at all times.
  2. Develop and implement individual care plans in collaboration with other care providers, considering each child's unique needs and requirements.
  3. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff, maintaining accurate records of children's progress and addressing any concerns promptly.
  4. Transport children to various activities or appointments as needed, ensuring their safety and comfort during travel.
  5. Maintain open communication channels with colleagues, promoting a cohesive approach to child care and addressing any concerns in a timely manner.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. Happi Daze LTD offers a range of benefits, including bereavement leave, a company pension scheme, cycle-to-work scheme, and on-site parking.
