About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Adult's Duty Manager to join our team at Fort Kinnaird. As a key member of our Centre Management Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our security and cleaning services.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in security and cleaning management, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail. A valid SIA license is essential, with a desire to obtain additional licenses in Security Guard, Door Supervisor, and CCTV operations.

You will work closely with our Centre Management Team to deliver exceptional service to our clients, ensuring that all areas of the centre are fully secure and cleaned to a high standard. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively manage your team, providing training and development opportunities to ensure their success.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on a challenging role with a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum.
