Positive Help is a well-established third sector service provider based in central Edinburgh. We provide support to adults, children, and families living with or affected by HIV or Hepatitis.

We are seeking an Adult Services Manager with leadership experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have skills and experience to help us deliver adult services effectively and efficiently.

The role involves ensuring that service users receive the right support from us and others, and that volunteers are matched and supported to maintain a high standard of practice and satisfaction.

You will be outcome-focused, have a keen interest in demonstrating the impact of services, and work across boundaries to develop positive relationships with internal colleagues, volunteers, partner agencies, referrers, and stakeholders.

In return, we offer a supportive working environment, a 35-hour working week, 25 days annual leave plus 10 public holidays (pro rata), and an employer contributory pension scheme.

We estimate this role will attract a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
