We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our Digital Propositions team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing monetisation strategies that drive revenue growth for our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute digital media propositions that drive revenue growth and maximise revenue KPIs.
- Work closely with internal teams and technology partners to generate demand from advertisers and drive revenue growth.
- Manage the pricing of our digital propositions, balancing competitiveness with profit and ensuring advertisers hit their objectives.
- Lead a small team and partner with external agencies to deliver our digital media revenue targets.
- Be an expert in the digital media industry, speaking at events and writing in trade press.
- Relevant experience in a digital role or understanding of the media industry.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, with the ability to deploy different styles with stakeholders and senior members of our leadership team.
- Ability to challenge, confront, and solve difficult situations while maintaining solid internal and external connections.
- Commercial awareness and a mindset of doing the right thing for our business, colleagues, and customers.
- Positive attitude and keen to develop, motivated to get the job done and deliver to tight timelines.
