As a SEND Teaching Assistant at Qualiteach Ltd, you will be working in a vibrant and inclusive special school in Staffordshire. Our partner school is dedicated to fostering the academic, social, and emotional growth of its students, ensuring they reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Individualized Plans: Work closely with the classroom teacher to plan and implement highly-tailored lesson plans that cater to the unique needs of students with SEND
- Provide One-on-One Support: Offer personalized support to students, focusing on their academic, social, and emotional development
- Modify Learning Materials: Adapt learning resources to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring inclusivity and accessibility
- Monitor Progress and Feedback: Regularly monitor and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to teachers and parents/guardians
A successful candidate will possess a genuine interest in working with children with SEND, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. We offer a competitive salary range of £90-100 daily, as well as ongoing training and support.
