Special Educational Needs Support Role

We are recruiting a talented and caring SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) Support Professional to work with us at Qualiteach Ltd.

About the Position:

This rewarding opportunity involves working closely with our partner school's teaching team to provide high-quality support to students with special educational needs and disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Create individualized learning plans that cater to the unique needs of students with SEND.
  2. Offer one-to-one or small group support to help students develop their skills and build confidence.
  3. Foster a supportive environment that promotes positive behavior and emotional well-being among students.
  4. Keep accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with teachers and parents.
  5. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a comprehensive support network for students.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Enthusiasm for working with children and a dedication to supporting students with SEND.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs in a school setting is highly valued.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to form strong relationships with students, staff, and families.
  • A caring and patient approach to supporting students' needs.
Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is between £25,000 and £35,000.
