Teaching Assistant for Students with Needs

We are seeking a qualified teaching assistant to support students with special educational needs in our partner school. The successful candidate will work closely with the classroom teacher to provide individualized support and develop tailored lesson plans.
Key Requirements:- A strong passion for working with children and a commitment to supporting students with special educational needs.
- Previous experience working with children with SEND in an educational setting is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach to supporting students' needs.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Basic knowledge of SEND support and best practices.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this position in supporting students with special educational needs.
