We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Springfields Outlet. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols of the Centre and Car Park, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
- Respond to emergencies and evacuations, acting as the point of contact for tenants and emergency services.
- Monitor CCTV and control contractors and deliveries to the Centre, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Provide visible security cover, handle enquiries and customer concerns, and maintain a safe and pleasant environment.
- Ensure accurate completion of the daily occurrence book, incident log, and accident forms.
- Comply with the Security Industry Act 2001 and hold a valid SIA Security License and Public Space Surveillance License.
- Experience in security services in a busy environment visited by members of the public.
- SIA licensed and CCTV licensed.
- Ability to work on own initiative, deal with demanding situations, and demonstrate a good level of customer service.
- Well-presented, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work in both internal and external environments, with a flexible working approach to work patterns.
