We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Springfields Outlet. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols of the Centre and Car Park, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
- Respond to emergencies and evacuations, acting as the point of contact for tenants and emergency services.
- Monitor CCTV systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage contractors and deliveries, adhering to site procedures and company policies.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with the Security Supervisor and Facilities Manager to ensure effective security operations.
- Experience in security services, preferably in a busy retail environment.
- SIA licensed and CCTV licensed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
