Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Springfields Outlet. As a Security Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our customers, staff, and premises.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular patrols of the Centre and Car Park to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Respond to emergencies and evacuations in a timely and effective manner, prioritizing the safety of the public.
- Monitor CCTV systems and control contractors and deliveries to the Centre.
- Complete the daily occurrence book accurately and record incidents and accidents in the Incident Log and accident forms.
- Ensure contractors adhere to site Health and Safety procedures and company policy.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to enquiries and dealing with incidents in a professional manner.
- Hold a valid SIA Security License and Public Space Surveillance License, as required by the Security Industry Act 2001.
- Experience in security services in a busy environment visited by members of the public.
- SIA licensed and CCTV licensed.
- Ability to work on own initiative and deal with demanding situations.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexible working approach to work patterns.
40 hours, various days.
