We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Officer to join our team at Savills Management Resources. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our centre and its visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Patrol and Surveillance: Conduct regular patrols of the centre and car park, identifying and mitigating potential hazards and ensuring a safe environment for visitors.
- Emergency Response: Manage emergencies and evacuations effectively, acting as the primary point of contact for tenants and emergency services.
- Incident Reporting: Accurately record incidents and accidents in the daily occurrence book and incident log.
- Contractor Management: Ensure contractors arriving on site adhere to site health and safety procedures and company policies.
- Customer Service: Provide professional and courteous service to visitors, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Compliance: Hold a valid SIA Security License and Public Space Surveillance License, as required by the Security Industry Act 2001.
- Experience: Proven experience in providing security services in a busy retail environment.
- Licenses: SIA licensed and CCTV licensed.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong work ethic.
- Working Hours: 32 hours per week, with varied shifts.
