The Role

">

As a Regional HR Manager, you will lead our EMEA HR team, collaborating closely with Talent Science and Workplace Engineering teams to ensure seamless HR operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing effective HR strategies to drive business results
  • Providing expert guidance on HR matters, including talent development, succession planning, performance assessments, onboarding, culture, and engagement initiatives
  • Coaching and advising people managers on employee relations issues across multiple countries
  • Partnering with senior leadership to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Designing new policies and delivering on business-critical HR-related projects globally
  • Presenting at Canonical events to articulate our HR practices

Requirements

We seek a seasoned HR professional with exceptional academic credentials, experience leading initiatives across regions within a technology business, and a strong track record of success in people management, business partnering, and HR operations.

Compensation & Benefits

">

We offer a competitive salary range of $125,000 - $155,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. In addition to base pay, we provide a performance-driven annual bonus, personal learning and development budget, annual compensation review, recognition rewards, annual holiday leave, maternity and patery leave, Employee Assistance Programme, and priority pass and travel upgrades for long-haul company events.
