EMEA HR Coordinator

Frasers Group is a dynamic retail company with extensive plans for expansion in Europe. We are looking for a skilled HR Administrator to join our EMEA HR team, reporting directly to the HR Manager.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity for a professional with training in Human Resources to work in a multinational environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for registration, filing, and salary processing, as well as developing and implementing disciplinary procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Registration, filing, and salary processing;
- Elaboration of internal reports and external documents;
- Interface with external entities regarding report submissions;
- Recruitment and selection process support;
- Disciplinary procedures development and implementation;
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Human Resources or a related field;
- Fluency in German;
- Knowledge of Employment Law;
- Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Analytical and teamwork skills;
- High capacity for planning, organization, and initiative;
- Excellent interpersonal skills but reserved with an ethical and deontological sense;
- Ability to communicate with different hierarchical levels;
- Availability to travel;
We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career development and growth within the company. The ideal candidate will live and breathe our principles: Think without limits, Own it and back yourself, Be relevant.
