Your Responsibilities:
This role involves providing exceptional HR support to employees across the region, including managing employee records, handling HR queries, and ensuring compliance with local laws and company policies. You will also collaborate with the recruitment team, support new hires through the onboarding process, and participate in performance management processes.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and payroll processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors or BambooHR) is desirable. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, are essential, along with a proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

Estimated Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on location and experience.
