As a key member of our Cambridge Branch, you will be responsible for developing and promoting the growth of our sea logistics business.

Your Role

You will have a clear focus on new business in the Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) segment, with a thorough understanding of trade-lanes, geography, and service offerings. Your primary responsibility will be to work with customers, submitting quotations, and reporting customer complaints to the Customer Care team.

  • To provide exceptional customer service and ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • To develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Your Skills and Experiences
  1. A successful track record as a sales representative in the freight forwarding industry.
  2. Demonstrated ability to work in a targeted new business environment and develop sales leads.
  3. Experience working within a fast-paced environment and meeting targets.

We offer a competitive salary of circa £50,000 plus car allowance and commission based on volume. You will also have access to 24/7 GP, legal, and financial advice, along with mental health counseling through our employee assistance program.
