We are looking for an experienced Procurement Ledger Clerk to join our accounts payable team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payment of invoices.
Main Duties:- Verifying and reviewing all incoming invoices and credit notes for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records, including online filing of invoices and credit notes.
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing activities, including preparing and reconciling accounts payable reports and statements.
- Collaborating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently and effectively.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Proven experience working in a similar role, ideally within a multi-site organisation.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to process high volumes of paperwork.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good attention to detail.
- Knowledge of MAM, MS Office would be helpful, but not essential.
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
