Strategic Advocacy Manager – Hybrid Role

We are seeking a commercially-focused, strategic Advocacy Manager to join our team at Arthur Edward, a leading recruitment agency specializing in the beauty, personal care, and FMCG sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute customer engagement strategies to drive growth and retention.
  • Build and manage customer relationships, leveraging your experience in advocacy and customer-facing roles.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to boost customer participation across industries.
  • Lead brand partner projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to inform product development.
  • Develop compelling customer stories, case studies, and assets to showcase brand partner success.
  • Maintain a pipeline of strategic customer relationships, driving long-term growth and revenue.

To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of success in customer advocacy, with experience in digital marketing or B2B technology, particularly in the beauty or CPG sectors.

This is a hybrid role, with 2-3 days per week in our central London office.
