Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Therapies to join our team at Birmingham Community Healthcare NHS FT.

The successful candidate will be a member of the senior corporate Allied Health Professional team within the Nursing and Therapies directorate and will be responsible for;

Main Duties of the Job

Strengthening clinical leadership within the Trust, ensuring active clinical engagement and professional leadership of all Allied Health Professionals (AHPs).

Undertake a designated range of service improvements, and innovative quality improvement solutions that will positively impact on the productivity and standards of care provided.

Focusing on the continued modernisation of clinical services through the provision of professional support, leadership and supervision of AHPs and ensure the recommendations of the National AHP Strategy; AHPs Deliver are fully implemented.

BCHC provide high quality community and specialist services within Birmingham and the West Midlands. We deliver over 100 clinical services, out in people's homes and in over 200 healthcare settings for adults, children, people with learning disabilities, those with rehabilitation needs and also dental services.
