Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Therapies to join our Temporary Staffing Trust Bank. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior AHP leader to make a positive impact on the productivity and standards of care provided within our Trust.

Main Duties of the Job

The successful candidate will be a member of the senior corporate Allied Health Professional team within the Nursing and Therapies directorate and will be responsible for:

Strengthening clinical leadership within the Trust, ensuring active clinical engagement and professional leadership of all Allied Health Professionals (AHPs).

Undertaking a designated range of service improvements, and innovative quality improvement solutions that will positively impact on the productivity and standards of care provided.

Focusing on the continued modernisation of clinical services through the provision of professional support, leadership and supervision of AHPs and ensure the recommendations of the National AHP Strategy; AHPs Deliver are fully implemented.

Working as part of a cohesive team in the implementation and on-going development of AHPs in line with the trust's vision and strategic direction.

We deliver over 100 clinical services, out in people's homes and in over 200 healthcare settings for adults, children, people with learning disabilities, those with rehabilitation needs and also dental services.
