Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our operations team with administrative tasks, planning, and day-to-day management of logistics. You will be responsible for:

  • Daily support to the operations team with administration and planning support
  • Taking ownership of job scheduling and dairy management of the wider team
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers and delivering an exceptional service
  • Supporting the daily running of logistics and procurement
  • Managing stock control and inventory records
  • Ensuring the integrity of internal databases and recording accurate information

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in an operations or planning/scheduling position
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Packages, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
