FlyaSpitfire.com is a premier flight experience provider, offering thrilling Two Seat Spitfire flights and factory tours from our base at Biggin Hill Airport. As an Office and Customer Service Team member, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests receive the ultimate flying experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers with a warm welcome and making them feel at ease
  • Providing expert knowledge of our facility, products, and promotions to our valued customers
  • Managing bookings efficiently, taking online and phone orders, producing gift packs and documentation
  • Coordinating office activities, including filing and petty cash control
  • SUPPORTING CUSTOMERS: Responding to customer queries, feedback, and helping with requests both online and in person
  • Making customers aware of upgrade options and services, selling merchandise, and ensuring visual standards are met
  • Assisting with events, escorting customers to flight briefings, assisting with passenger documentation, flight suit fitting, checking inflight videos, and preparing souvenir packs
  • Working closely with our Pilot and Ground Support teams to ensure seamless operations

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills, be enthusiastic and friendly, and have the ability to respond to customers via email, phone, livechat, and social media. Regular weekend shifts are required, plus occasional weekdays, with a branded uniform provided. The hourly rate is £15.00 for weekends and £11.50 for weekdays.
