About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team at Interpersonnel UK Limited.

The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude, a keen eye for detail, and excellent IT skills. The role involves maintaining accurate data, assisting with supplier management, and working closely with the planning team to ensure seamless operations.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update all data as required in planning files, schedules, and systems
  • Assist in supplier management
  • Assist with customer enquiries
  • Work closely with the planning team to maintain accurate stock
  • Support operational month-end and year-end closing procedures

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Previous experience working within a fresh produce company
  • A professional attitude with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
