Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum depending on experience

Location: Villa Park/Bodymoor Heath Training Ground

Role Overview

The Retail Team at Villa Park is responsible for driving sales revenue and maintaining retail standards through front-line selling and back of-house operations. We are looking for a skilled Retail and Licensing Administrator to join our dynamic team and contribute to creating a unique customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide administrative support for the Retail Team, including stock control, wholesale orders, and internal orders.
  2. Prepare reports on a weekly, monthly, or match-by-match basis, ensuring timely delivery to internal departments.
  3. Raise invoices and manage PO queries, working closely with the finance team.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced retail environment, with strong administration skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly retail systems. A proven track record of producing reports focused on stock management and retail sales data is desirable.
