Job Description: Helpdesk Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Helpdesk Operations Coordinator to join our team at CRS Professionals (UK) Ltd. This role will involve coordinating maintenance activities, responding to customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to the maintenance team.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating maintenance activities, including scheduling and tracking appointments
  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Providing administrative support to the maintenance team, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a maintenance or facilities management environment
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • A strong understanding of IT systems and software

Salary: £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience.
