As a Strategic Operations Coordinator at 2 Sisters Food Group, you will provide dedicated support to the Managing Director, ensuring they are fully prepared for meetings and managing their complex calendar.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing and booking complex travel arrangements, as well as proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). They will be comfortable with producing presentations and communication documents, and possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Discretion, confidentiality, and the ability to manage challenging situations with tact and diplomacy are essential qualities for this role.

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, plus benefits including 33 days annual leave, company pension scheme, death in service benefit, company sick pay, free onsite parking, and exclusive employee discounts with major retailers.
