Retail Administration Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Retail Administration Specialist to join our team at Villa Park. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the retail team, ensuring the smooth operation of our retail operations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage stock control, including raising external wholesale orders and controlling internal orders.
- Prepare reports on a weekly, monthly or match-by-match basis and issue them to internal departments within set time frames.
- Work closely with the finance team, raising invoices and dealing with purchase order queries.
- A proven track record of administration skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly retail systems, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience of producing reports focused on stock management and analysing retail sales data.
The salary for this role is £22,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.
