Palliative Care Specialist: Marie Curie is seeking a skilled Clinical Lead to join our team in South Wales. As a key member of our community services, you will be responsible for leading and innovating palliative care services, managing a dedicated clinical team, and driving service development with strategic vision.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Advanced clinical skills in symptom management, supporting patients and families with complex care needs.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Wales, particularly within a domiciliary care setting.

Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse with significant experience at Band 7 or above, ideally within a palliative care or specialist setting.
  • Proven leadership experience, including team and performance management, workforce planning, and service development.
