Rehabilitation Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to support stroke patients in our inpatient and community rehabilitation teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with people with physical and cognitive difficulties, including those with stroke.
The successful candidate will contribute to the day-to-day delivery of a high-quality service to patients recovering and rehabilitating after stroke. This will involve working well within a multidisciplinary team under the guidance of registered health professionals.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering rehabilitation across 7 days to improve flow and enhance the patient experience. This may include rotating between our inpatient Stroke Rehabilitation Centre (SRC) and Early Supported Discharge (ESD) community stroke team.

Salary: £26,928 - £29,551 per annum pro rata
