About the Role

We are seeking a Rehabilitation Coach to join our team at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board. As a key member of the multidisciplinary team, you will support the delivery of therapeutic goals for patients undergoing rehabilitation.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience working in a rehabilitation environment and be able to demonstrate knowledge of teaching skills appropriate to adults. You will also be aware of the principles of the implementation of the Unified Assessment Process and have a good understanding of the procedures pertaining to the ordering, monitoring and control of stock equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the practice of the multidisciplinary team to deliver therapeutic goals
  • Deliver rehabilitation across 7 days to improve flow and enhance the patient experience
  • Organise delegated workload to support direct patient care

We offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for professional development.
