Palliative Care Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Palliative Care Leader to join our team in Wales. As a Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading and innovating palliative care services, managing a dedicated clinical team, and driving service development with strategic vision.

The successful candidate will have significant experience at Band 7 or above, ideally within a palliative care or specialist setting. They will also possess strong leadership skills, including team and performance management, workforce planning, and service development.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in patients' lives while shaping the future of compassionate care. You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to integrate palliative care services with health and social care partners.

As part of your role, you will contribute to research, audit, and clinical policy development, ensuring the delivery of evidence-based practices. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care while managing the recruitment, supervision, and development of clinical staff and volunteers.

You will receive a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including annual leave allowance, hybrid working, and continuous professional development opportunities.
