Responsibilities:

As a Labour Relations Specialist at Baker Hughes Gruppe, you will be responsible for managing labour relations and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. You will partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing labour relations and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  • Developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for employee relations issues, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.

We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible working hours, remote work options, and comprehensive private medical care options.
