We are delighted to be partnering with Kaefer to recruit a highly skilled Organizational Capability Developer into their growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in executing the learning and development strategy and annual learning/training plan.

This position requires collaboration with stakeholders at all levels to operate cross-functionally as a business partner and point of contact for learning, capability, and performance needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in management development and hold CIPD L&D Level 3 or Level 5 qualifications, with practical knowledge of the ADDIE process and designing ILM accredited learning solutions.

The estimated salary range for this position is £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, based on location and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver learning solutions that support the annual priorities of the UK&I learning and development strategy
  • Coordinate and facilitate training programs for middle management and supporting functions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning and development needs
  • Maintain records of training activities and evaluate program effectiveness
Requirements:

  • Experience in management development and holding CIPD L&D Level 3 or Level 5 qualifications
  • Practical knowledge of the ADDIE process and designing ILM accredited learning solutions
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
