As our Organizational Development Lead, you will play a key role in driving this vision, working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to design and deliver programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our employees.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of organizational development principles and practices, with experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business outcomes. They will be able to analyze complex problems, think critically, and develop creative solutions that meet the needs of multiple stakeholders.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, managers, and employees. You will also work closely with our Digital Learning Designer to develop and implement e-learning programs, as well as provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership and change management capabilities.

This is a hybrid role that requires two days per week in our Newcastle-upon-Tyne office. We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including private healthcare, pension scheme, and life assurance.
