Job Title: Organizational Excellence Manager

Oza Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Excellence Manager to lead our HR function and drive business results. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.

You will be responsible for leading the HR team, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to staff members. You will also oversee talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR automation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Department Management: Lead and manage the HR department, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to HR staff members.
  • Policy Development: Develop and update HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in HR management, including leadership roles.
  • Industry: Preferable experience in a Mining, Manufacturing, Construction or Engineering environment.
  • Skills: Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with Senior Leadership, and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Estimated Salary: $130,000 - $190,000 per annum.
